Log
The log is the place where messages from our system gets collected. The messages are automatically entered due to the actions you would have carried out. You can clear the log if it becomes too long, or you can save it to a text file in case you think you may need it for debugging later.
This is not editable.
When you get a commit history inside the log, you can select the ID of the commit, to revert the repository back to an earlier version. This is explained here
