You can enter notes in this area for each of the files you select. Press Ctrl-S on your keyboard to save it. Similarly, other members can also add their own notes.
If you want to delete your earlier note, just make sure the following is present in the note:
–delete–
On sensing that special code in the note, our server will delete the note.
