Git Winch Refund Policy

Effective: 25 June 2025

1. General Policy

We offer refunds only under these conditions:

2. Model-Specific Rules

Shared Hosting (Pay-as-you-go):

Unused credits are non-refundable
Service pauses when credits are fully consumed

Semi-Private Hosting:

One-time fee is non-refundable after:

Domain activation (``<your-company-name>.gitwinch.com``)
First successful Git connection

Business-Owned Cloud:

License fee refundable only if:

Cancelled before server provisioning
Technical incompatibility (verified by our team)

3. Non-Refundable Items

Consumed credits (Shared Hosting)
Custom configuration work
Training sessions
Foreign exchange differences
Gateway fees
Taxes that were paid

4. Refund Process

Email admin@gitwinch.com with:

Transaction ID in case of failed payment
Reason for request
Log files (if applicable)

We respond within 3 business days

Approved refunds:

Processed in INR only
Deductions for:
- Payment gateway charges
- Consumed resources
- Taxes, if paid

5. Important Notes

No refunds will be given for:
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, wars)
- Violations of our Terms of Service

Processing Times:

Refunds take 7-10 days to reflect after approval
