You need to first select the member from the repository list (which will only appear when the repository is selected), and then you can add a member into the currently selected repository.
+Because the repository list can only be refreshed when you supply the Personal Access Token, usually this means that only owner of the repository can add such a member.
+From version 1.0.14.0 onwards, even a manager can add/delete members of a repository. In such a case, //Git Winch// will ask you for each piece of information needed to perform the action.
+For this to work, the actual owner should have shared the //encrypted// version of the Personal Access Token with that manager... and it goes without saying, //the owner must trust such a manager if the encrypted version of Personal Access Token (PAT) is to be shared with that person.//
