If your Personal Access Token was correctly created with the create repository permission, then clicking on this button will let you create a new repository.
The new repository name must be lower-case alphanumerical (and you can give underscore too)
IMPORTANT
You cannot clone a repository immediately after you have created it –even if you are the owner! You will have to first keys for yourself (and other office workers you want to work in that repository). And you will also have to add yourself (and those workers) as members of that repository.
