Shared Hosting (Pay-as-you-go): - Unused credits are non-refundable - Service pauses when credits expire
Semi-Private Hosting: - One-time fee is non-refundable after:
Business-Owned Cloud: - License fee refundable only if:
- Custom configuration work - Training sessions - Credit purchases (Shared Hosting)
