Git Winch Refund Policy

Effective: 25_june_2025

1. General Policy

We offer refunds only under these conditions:

Scenario Refund Eligibility How to Request
Failed payment 100% refund Automatic within 7 days
Service unavailability* Pro-rated credit https://support.sabufrancis.com
Duplicate charge Full refund Submit billing ticket

*Applies only to Shared/Semi-Private hosting

2. Model-Specific Rules

Shared Hosting (Pay-as-you-go):

  • Unused credits are non-refundable
  • Service pauses when credits expire

Semi-Private Hosting:

One-time fee is **non-refundable** after:
  • Domain activation (`<your-company-name>.gitwinch.com`)
  • First successful Git connection

Business-Owned Cloud:

License fee refundable **only if**:
  • Cancelled before server provisioning
  • Technical incompatibility (verified by our team)

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Custom configuration work
  • Training sessions
  • Credit purchases (Shared Hosting)

4. Process

  1. Email admin@gitwinch.com with:
    1. details of issue including log files(if applicable)
    2. Reason for request
  2. We respond within 3 business days
  3. Approved refunds processed via original payment method (7-10 days)

5. Exceptions

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, wars)
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
