Git Winch Refund Policy

Effective: 25 June 2025

1. General Policy

We offer refunds only under these conditions:

Failed payment 100% refund Automatic within 7 days Excludes any payment gateway fee
Duplicate charge Full refund Submit billing ticket Requires transaction proof
Service unavailability Credit adjustment Email admin@gitwinch.com Shared/Semi-Private only

2. Model-Specific Rules

Shared Hosting (Pay-as-you-go):

  1. Unused credits are non-refundable
  2. Service pauses when credits expire

Semi-Private Hosting:

One-time fee is //non-refundable// after:
  • Domain activation (``<your-company-name>.gitwinch.com``)
  • First successful Git connection

Business-Owned Cloud:

License fee refundable //only if//:
  • Cancelled before server provisioning
  • Technical incompatibility (verified by our team)

3. Non-Refundable Items

  1. Consumed credits (Shared Hosting)
  2. Custom configuration work
  3. Training sessions
  4. Foreign exchange differences

4. Refund Process

Email **admin@gitwinch.com** with:
  • Transaction ID in case of failed payment
  • Reason for request
  • Log files (if applicable)
We respond within **3 business days**
Approved refunds:
  • Processed in INR only
  • Unordered List Item
  • Deductions for:
    • Payment gateway charges
    • Consumed resources

5. Important Notes

  • No refunds will be given for:
    • Force majeure events (natural disasters, wars)
    • Unordered List ItemViolations of our Terms of Service
**Processing Times:**
  1. Refunds take 7-10 days to reflect after approval
