If you had previously locked a file, make sure that you unlock it as soon as your work on the file is over. Note that you can only unlock a file which you had previously locked. You cannot unlock a file if someone else had locked it. You can chat with that other person who had locked it and ask that person to kindly unlock the file.
If that fails, you can ask the repository owner to unlock the entire repository (only applicable for Git repository folders)
