You can easily make anyone a manager (or remove that role) for a repository you own. Managers can then fetch session logs and do Hashtag analysis too. You can have multiple managers for a repository. Once you set/unset a manager please make sure you notify that person.

Why?
Owners of repositories may also be the owner of an office. Too busy to handle managerial activities. So we implemented this system so functions such as checking the session logs and carrying out hashtag analysis can be done by such managers.
