The username which you need to provide is the one that you had registered at the Git Winch server. //But please note:// Git Winch can be privately hosted too. So to check the server that particular Git Winch is connected to, open gitwinch.ini and check this entry: | You can login using either of your identity: The //username// or the //email address// that you had registered. |

| To make things easy, we recommend that you login using your username. But if you had forgotten your username, you can also login using your email address. In that case, //Git Winch// will give a short message in the Log where you can read the username you had used. |
